Faculty for MSc Operative Gynaecology and Minimally Invasive Skills
Dr Rajnish Patel, MBBS MD qualified in 1986 obtaining double “Gold Medal” at M.D in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from University of Bombay. He has been practicing as a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in a teaching hospital in Mumbai and a graduate teacher and examiner for the last 15 years.
He has a special interest in Laparoscopic Surgery and Urogynaecology. Currently he is appointed as Hon. Clinical Senior Lecturer in London Surgical Simulation Academy and Institute of Cancer for developing curriculum and modules for the new MSc course in Operative Gynaecology and Minimally Invasive Skills. His main academic interest is evaluating role of simulation technology for acquiring technical surgical skills.
